This is such a powerful message. What speaks to me the most is when you realize the solution, it was never really about fixing. It was about sitting in the stillness and learning more about the life you want. This is where something new comes alive.

Appreciate that, Patrick. The stillness part is the hardest sell. Most of us will stay busy just to avoid it. I agree, that's where the real work starts.

We are all cracked pots but that's what makes us beautiful and unique in our own ways.

Our scars resonate more with others than being "perfect".

True. The cracks make us human. The danger is when we start decorating them instead of understanding what caused them.

Another heady piece for sure. The difference between proactive and reactive. Managing your emotions is just the first step.

Yeah, the emotional weight was there. I just got good at not looking at it.

'The crack is the report' very wise JP, now our challenge is stepping back and building something that cracks less often

Appreciate that Andrew. That's the real work. Less patching, better foundation from the start.

JP, I like the concept of the crack being the report. The overall point you're making is important as like most things, it's all about getting to the root cause vs. managing the symptoms.

Until you do that, you can spackle all you want, but you'll find another crack soon enough.
